i find that if i program it to sit on a table and try to feel it 5 mins later (to prove no subliminal hypnosis). Thats how i proved it to myself, also passing it to a friend who has also reported the feel of it. you can pass it anywhere, just visualize it teleporting to that person. the farthest I have done it (or tried) was to my friend in Washington (I'm in cali) and he sent me a text 20 seconds after i sent it. somethings in you hands

Besides teleportation, there are several visualization techniques which can be used.
sickofit, one point I do not understand is how you loose the construct after you send it over a long distance. As far as I know, or as far as it is proven, Psi is not affected by distance, meaning it is not like electricity - there is no energy loss when transferred. It might be though, that you have lost concentration on the construct (assuming there was no programming, such as in a case when it is not being controlled it just disappears).

For active uses of psi (including sending psiballs), there has been no real indication that distance is a factor. I've sent psiballs to Australia (I live in the central US so doesn't get much more 'other side of the world than that.)
Having someone else check is frequently a good idea, though not always viable depending. Also note that scanns do not require the person to be in the same place as the psiball and "Can you scan my location for constructs?" Is general enough not to get Analytical Overlay(AOL). There are sufficient reasons you could be asking that (verifying that you've gotten rid of a construct that was persistent, Trying to verify how many there were, or the kinds.) If you're worried about AOL, keep your requests generic.
