How do I program my psi balls and what can I make it do? I also want to know how to throw them. Any help please?

Throwing them is just moving it around.
You program it by "telling" it what to do while you're building it.
You can make it do virtually anything, as long as it's within your capability.
(Not really in depth right now, really tired so just scraping the surface here)

To expand a little on Goliath's points. You can program a construct to do most anything, though there are a few catches... If you want a construct to deliver a telepathic message, you must have some capability with TP yourself. If you want to create a force bubble (a construct that applies force) You must have some practicing knowledge of TK/PK. If you can't do it, you can't tell the construct how to do it. The exception (to a limited degree) is Healing in my experience... psionic healing tends to take time and while you have to be able to 'heal' yourself, the construct actually makes it much easier to apply healing to a body part, it also seems to be a little more efficient over the long term since constructs tend not to get distracted. (Caveat: Healing information exclusively my own experience. If someone else has contradictory experience by all means post!)

It's all how you think it is.
