I've been having trouble lately.I practice daily but i can never really feel anything untill like 15 min after I start. Then when i feel something, I cant really make the ball. How fast do I picture the ball growing?Does breathing affect it?What should i visualize my energy?Last question:Should my psi energy be a constant flow?

I can't really give advice, it just came to me, but i can give advice on your questions.
1. You should see it growing as fast as you feel like it, don't go uber fast though, you'll be discouraged if you can't do it, only to realize that it wasn't that you couldn't do it, but your mind couldn't keep up with you. 2. Breathing doesn't seem to effect my psiball's, try stomach breathing. It should help relax and focus. 3. Visualize energy as whatever you think energy should look like, as long as it works. One thing i suggest is visualize a color + temperature + speed of the "energy". Try to give it feelings for all 5 senses. 4. Psi energy can be choppy, depends on how your focus holds up.

Also, before we go any further. Have you read Cullen's Class Logs on Energy Manipulation or the articles on this site regarding that and psiballs. They deal with a lot of this. Goliath made some good suggestions, but I also recommend looking at logs. They are step by step class that was given a while back and if you account for the fact that we had pauses to do each exercise and give yourself that time as you are reading it, you will have better success than reading it as an informational how-to and trying to remember it all at the end. The class was right at an hour long if I remember correctly and the log is only about 2 pages.
