sooo ya im new hi to all.
so i have a few question, i have read many posts on constructs. and with my limited knowledge i think they different shapes of psi energy? the whole subject on constructs confuses me, how can you see them?
if the construct is programmed how can you tell if its working if you cant see it?
if you can ALWAYS see psi energy would you see it with your peripheral vision?
is it possible to run out of psi energy?
so im sorry if these are below noob questions,
i just recently became interested in psionics (again) for my own childish reasons one of which is "cause if its real it would be awsome!"

so i have a few question, i have read many posts on constructs. and with my limited knowledge i think they different shapes of psi energy? At their simplest constructs are objects made out of psi energy. A psiball is usually just a 'shaped' mass of psi, that is relatively dense. To make a 'construct' do something you have to program it. Programing is the purpose behind the construct, beyond the shape we put it in. What it does. If you tell your psiball "Go get my dog's attention" that is what it is 'programed' to do. Some people have instructions that are list like (very much like a computer program.) Some people have instructions based on an idea (called concept programing). Which leads us to the other part of what makes a 'construct'. It is a psionic object that is dense enough to be more than 'ambient psi' and can hold itself together well enough that it can be made to do something. the whole subject on constructs confuses me, how can you see them? We can 'see' constructs through a process called scanning. Where you use psi to 'detect' psi, like you use your eyes to detect light. We don't know the exact physical mechanisms governing any of this. It functions, for me at least, like a 'knowledge'. I just know where it is. There's no actually physical sensory equivalent in most cases. if the construct is programmed how can you tell if its working if you cant see it? That depends on what you want it to do. If you want it to get your Dog's attention and have your dog come to you... if your dog comes, you probably programed the construct right. Like most programs you figure out if you've done it right when it either works or doesn't, or if you scan the construct and can see the programing holes. if you can ALWAYS see psi energy would you see it with your peripheral vision? We don't 'see' psi with our physical eyes. There is an equivlent to 'peripheral vision' on the psionic scale. Areas that you're not paying direct attention to, and yes things can 'catch your attention' from these areas, but to be physically seen, Psi would have to reside in the visible spectrum of light, which it doesn't or we'd have proven it by now. is it possible to run out of psi energy? Theoretically, yes; however, for the most part the amount of energy one person can actually use before exhausting themselves is much lower than the amount of psi that is around to BE used. I hope this helps. Feel free to ask more questions if any of these answers don't make sense or don't fully explain what you were asking about. ~The Devil's Advocate

thank you! that helps me. so how exactly do you scan? exactly. i made my first psi ball, it the edge of it felt like resting your hand on warm water, just the skin of the water causing pressure. very scary at first hehe. then i thought it was cool. next time im gonna try dropping a light object through my hands when i feel the same thing. just to see what happens.

There are some articles available that describe how some scan. One of the chat logs from a discussion of this can be found in the psionline articles section at www.psionline.org/search/label/Beginner%27s%20Articles I hope this is helpful. For me, scanning was something that I learned instinctively and developed skill with practice. It is therefore a little difficult to describe easily.
