I would like to inquire about that tingle that is usually said to come with meditation or "buzzing" feeling that people usually describe. Is it normal to be able to feel that sensation immediately after closing your eyes? Actually I can even invoke this feeling with my eyes open although the effect is much less than with them closed. I feel this sensation around the back and top most part of my skull along with my spike and somewhat spread out to my back and sides and also the abs. When I move it to my hands I can feel them begin to tingle especially at the tips, sometimes It even feels almost like I've shocked someone with static. Also my hands begin to feel as if there is some weight there, or like there is some magnetic force thats influencing them, usually the magnetic force is what happens especially if I keep it up long enough. I'm guessing that's a psi ball correct? Also the tingle is the energy or psi that I use to create the ball. However I always feel like I'm missing something from it all or that perhaps I never made one in the first place.
It's not good to delude oneself of course, however if someone can help me lend weight to this then that would be greatly appreciated, also if this is what happens to be an abundance of energy or any amount of energy at all, what should I do with it in order to get better at handling it? Also what type of meditation should be done to help?
Anyways sorry if this for some reason happens to be gas chamber material but nothing ventured, nothing gained I guess.
