Is it possible to program a construct to emit a sound, Like a humming sound? Or even to play a song? If so, how come you can make it possible to hear, but not to see?

You could use more of a telepathy based thing to make it seem like it was making a sound, actual sound is much more complicated and probably would be the result of very precise PK (there's been talks about this before).
And you can make a psiball visible, it's just very difficult (I think we have an article on flaring on the site somewhere).

If you can make a psiball visible you might be able to make it audible. I've not heard of anyone doing so... then again flaring psiballs tends to be more for a curiosity sake than actual practical usage. Using a construct to deliver a telepathic/empathic message is typically easier and more pragmatic.

Which will result in only the people you wan't to hear the sound and not the sound being exposed to the surroundings, meaning no TK involved.
As innerfire said, you will need to perform some really precise TK as sound involves vibrating air (and other) particles to produce sound is specific strength, motion etc..

Instead of what confuded said and making it literally emit sound, just make it carry around with it a telepathy message meant for everyone. Yay for global broadcasting

*chuckles* I remember making the same suggestion in a conversation oh so many years ago now. lol We decided that indeed a telepathic message was much simpler to program into a construct than the creation of audible sound using psi.
