Man this sucks sooooo much. I can manipulate energy but I can't seem to make a Psi-Ball. The energy is still alright to practice with. Like I guess two days ago I tried moving it I guess mainly to clarify that it was even Psi in between my hands. At first I thought nothing happened and my hands just fell together but then I moved my hand over my pillow (where I'd been focusing the Psi Ball to move to) and felt the same "goopy" ,"tingly" feeling of energy. Anyway I know people have posted helpful posts before but it doesn't seem to be working so I was just wondering if ANYONE can help me out? Anything at all will help!

Try it without your hands. Try gathering psi in a location that has no physical contact with your body. Don't worry about form just make a psi 'puddle' in mid air.

Well that might make my ability to pool energy and add more energy at a time but how would that help form the floating energy into a proper Psi-Ball?

because that gives you better control.
Just visulise a base ball etc, floating in the air or in your hands, and also you could try trying to feel the ball in your hands and then sent psi out and actullt feel the psi ball.

Pretty much what Nathan said. If you can make a free-floating pool, you've actually made a rather globby psiball. All you have to work on is giving it more structure.

I would also recommend trying to move the psi around. If you know how to move it, then you can figure out how to shape it, I'm sure.
