I made one, in the form of an orb that surrounded my body, which was programmed to induce the 'vibes' for OBEs quicker. It worked, but alas, I'm still scared of what an OBE entails. I guess I should've directly programmed it to unduce an OBE.
How have the constructs you've made been useful in reaching your goals?

I've stated my opinion on OBE's in a different forum so I'll leave it there.
Most of my constructs are shields. Shields on me. Shields on other people. I've got a couple of shields I've modified to be 'flat' constructs that can be used to help with scanning practice. (more like 'walls') I have one construct I use to tell the dog to not bark while i'm half a sleep and it's 5am and he wants out. It's not overly effective past about 6:30 or 7:00 in the morning, but it's a stuborn dog. Mostly I use direct application over a construct, it's usually more effective fore me (except at 5am when I'm trying to sleep).

I mainly use shields. Shields are very usefull for a plethora of things.
Another thing I like is to maintain a web around me that allows me to sense objects/people within the vicinity. Very useful if you don't like people sneaking up behind you.

lol. That's cool. I've heard of people doing various things like that, but don't figure my lizard will be very responsive no matter what  My favorite construct of all time is the thermo-blanket that I made one summer. It would keep me warm sitting in front of th AC or cool my lap where my laptop was sitting....I used it through that winter, but haven't had much need for it in a while.
