i was wondering if anyone could tell me how they program, i heard how to program but can't really visualize that well. i was wondering if i could just tell the construct what i want it to do.

I think it's important to do what you're comfortable with and/or what you feel is the right way. Programming, as any psionic skill, is usually done a little differently person to person. I usually use 'conceptual' programming; which is neither visual programming nor programming with words.
It's like 'knowing' the intended purpose for that construct and sticking that onto it. I usually concentrate on that 'knowing' a bit until I feel the programming has stuck. I haven't ventured into complex programming, but for simple constructs this seems to work for me.

Visualizations help with conceptual programing. The big thing is to get the details of what you want to program the construct to do into your head, then, as ultimarage said once you have that you can put it into the construct. I also am a conceptual programer, and have discovered that visualizing helps get the more complicated concepts programed well without alot of the fuss. Visualization is a tool to aid concept programing, it is not, in and of itself, programing. If you can sit down and make a list, mentally is the important thing, the construct doesn't care what you put on paper, of what you want the construct to do and then 'build that in' to the construct, the programing should take. The problem with that, is it's easier to leave loopholes than with concept programing.
