It is really "Hacks", but I don't know if I am allowed to say this word here . Here is a good quality "google tricks" video one.revver.com/watch/191964 it's awesome! You won't waste your time! And here is their home page www.informationleak.net/. These guys found so many cool stuff. I now realize how powerfull (if you watch the other 2 videos in the video>tutorial>Google hacks v2&3 by Halla) and how the net is insecure. Even if the cord (or the wireless cord ) is just connected to your PC!

Finally someone appreciates my link ;D. It is very fun ;D. I found one at a Chinese restaurant and they locked the camera, because I was spinning it around .

lol sweet. Best I've got is in one called "Mix This" in the tag. It is obviously a recording music studio and I have seen people in it most of the time that I check it. No one really cares about a possessed camera though . Barely anyone seems to see it too however so maybe thats why. Oh and my favourite is on the 4th or 5th page (i think but just look around) and has Ross in the tag. It's seemingly the inside of a house from what I think would have to be a webcam and I think thats where I'm going to get the funnest results.

If you're just figuring out now that the internet isn't secure I pitty you. Anything put out there can be retrieved. Anything that can be retrieved can probably be traced. Just be careful what you do, if you do not have the permission of the person who OWNS the camera it is illeagal to take it over. Some places may have blanket permission but ability does not mean permission. At the very least you're stomping on the privacy laws.

*nods* and as such I think this should probably be gas chambered. I've been toying with whether or not to lock it, but looking at it I'm not sure how legal they are. In addition since my computer died, I don't have time to search and find out. If someone would like to look into that side of this, I would appreciate it. I will refrain from locking and sending it to the Gas Chamber until then. Thanks. ~Wolfd@ncer~

Heh, Halla says it is legal... Whats the problem with searching stuff on Google? It is public if it is open... Just a few key words.. It is not saying to crack anything... Oh no! I cant visit some random Google search! They didn't give me precision... So if I find www.psionline.org I got to ask permission to go on it? NO! Same here, it is open? Come on in...

Confuded, just because some site has made it available, doesn't make it legal. You are talking about controlling cameras and getting people mad at you. That doesn't sound to me like cameras that have people have given permission to mess with. It is not the same as visiting a generic site.
If everything that was doable by visiting a website were legal, we wouldn't have so much trouble with illegal downloads.

So you can bring to court any random IP that goes on this website and call that illegal? Just think: If it wont be legal it would be removed already (the video)... P.S.Why are you invisible? And do you know if stony is still around ?

You just don't understand, do you?
My library is dealing with some pretty serious legal issues right now, including the possibility of a lawsuit or settlement because people used our computers for illegal downloads and whatnot. All of the staff computers have been thoroughly reviewed and tracked as have the public computers. We now have to deal with /everyone/ having to log in and be responsible for logging out or else be held responsible for what is done while they are logged into their computer. Believe it or not, your IP is trackable to the specific computer and those who use that computer can be held responsible (or at least the actual owner, if users can't all be tracked). It is a pain in the posterior.

P.S. Yes, Stony and other mods are all still around...and whether I am invisible or not is of no consequence. I do not tend to log on and off during the day. It would be a pain. It would be misleading to say I was actually here when I'm not. I am not the only one who can be invisible and sometimes is, btw.

ok ok ok... I know that you can or anybody track me by IP easily... The web is really insecure... (unless I am using IP spufing and I am behind a router, but some people can still use triangulation... lol) Just delete the thread... Just want to share some google tricks... I was not even thinking of the cameras... I thought of the file search...
Just remove this whole thread... Please... Thanks...
