BTW it is Richard Sutphen /not/ Dick Stuphen. I have an authority record on that name and yes, he does own the Valley of the Sun Publishers company that I mentioned earlier. He is listed as an author, hypnotist, and seminar trainer in the section where a person's profession is listed here.

Leek its likely that to find "Mr Stuphen" you would need to look under the name of "Richard". I have known people to shorten that name to "Dick" which may be why he has written it that way on the recording *shrugs*.

And if you are claiming his work can be found in a library....well you have to know how to search. If I have the wrong person....well, then the guy is even less credible than you claim. Sutphen has approximately 200 items published under the names of Richard Sutphen or Dick Sutphen (which is the secondary/variant name listed on the authority record). There are none under Dick Stuphen. The link you gave says Sutphen in the link and I do not have a desire to download that to my computer just to see that he got his own name wrong.

Well everyone who has been wary of this thread created by Leek I downloaded the audio book (just to see and if it works well Leek is credible right?) and obviously if it is supposed to work and all suddenly I can do TK then it does work because I'm sure no other ways will make a newbie like me all of a sudden gain TK right? (note: I am not saying it works but I'm testing just to see and after I've been able to use this for oh, I guess about a week without break, I'll post if it does produce results)

Please take detailed notes. There is an extreme lack of actual FACTS in this case, and include everything ELSE you are doing with TK. Also have you established a baseline for yourself with TK? (That is established how well you do TK WITHOUT the book before applying the book.) Otherwise we can't say if it's the book or just you.
Yes, this is actually standard scientific proceedure.

Tips: Follow all the rules that Stuphen says Use headphones/earphones do it somewhere quiet listen to all of it the 1st time, and then the programming ones after

Leek? You might want to have your eyes and ears checked. Curiosity won this time...I download the file and the necessary software to play it. Oi! Well, everywhere on there in the URLs and the ReadMe files and in the audio portion it says Sutphen. Please stop trying to prove that I am incorrect unless you have valid supporting evidence.

DA well I have never done TK so that's my baseline then. It has only been one time but I listened to the Intro's and and mind programming + altered state last night (pretty sure now I only listen to altered state one each time forward) and obviously it is too quick too jump to conclusions. One thing though is Iid feel very tired and may have entered an "altered state" but I don't know if this was hypnotism or if I just fell asleep and his words still came to me; as I assume sleeping is just a step after his "altered state" anyway.

"Never Done TK" doesn't give us a baseline for how much this program actually helped you. If you've never attempted it you don't know if the program did you one whit of good or if you just had a natural knack with it and wouldn't have needed the books first.

Okay well from what I get you just want to know if I'm a natural? No. I can focus on an object from now until hell freezes over and it won't have moved or changed in anyway (except me straining my brain)
though I'm not saying that without proper Psi training I couldn't. Maybe I could, as far as I have learned TK can usually be learned but it just takes a lot of effort and practice

Understood. The information in your first paragraph that was what I meant as a 'baseline'. If there's no baseline, unfortunately experiments are inconclusive. Thank you very much for elaborating.

Yeah like when I said "I've never done TK" I meant that I've never succeeded. I don't know how many people did but I remember when I was a kid I thought everything was real and possible (you know the whole superheroes/TV shows actually happened thing so I definitely attempted TK then (didn't know it was called that for sure though) and when I started researching Psi (lol only two weeks ago) I tried TK a few times....just in case

Anyway according to the program you are supposed to listen to it for two weeks until your mind is "programmed" and then at least three times a week after that to keep it "programmed" etc.

Be careful and look out for negative effects as well. If this does have any effect on programming your mind, then it could do damage to how you perform psionically without you knowing it. Things to look out for might include:
1) Becoming dependent on it. I don't think it will have much of an effect, whether positive or negative, but you always need to consider these things. 2) Doing damage like mental blocks is also bad. 3) It sounds like this program requires you to somewhat rely on it to function with psionics. If this is true, then it is probably not a good thing to be using, even if it does work positively, because, as said in the first point, you may become dependent or it could do damage to your performance instead of enhancing it.
I'm just thinking cautiously. I doubt that this works, but there's always the chance that it can have an effect.
