So I was doing my regular warm-up for TK practice this morning,(Basic psi cube construct), and my hands got very cold. It felt almost like loss of circulation. They remained this way for about two hours. What could cause, and does cause, that?

From what you say, most likely something was different than your usual practice, but it could always be bio-feedback(am I saying this right?) or it could just be that your getting more powerful in psi, and you channeled alot of psi.

This almost looks kind of like a General Psi section thread, but that's for the mods to decide. Do you think you could give us a little more details on the situation?

that could just be the way your body lets you know the psi is building up, when i practice my hands tend to get very hot next time try to imagine the coldness going into whatever you are constructing and see if that gets rid of it, that normally works for me

As for where this belongs, it could go several ways, but I'm not a mod.
1) It could have been a minor loss of circulation. 2) It could have been a slightly modified construct.
The lingering affects are what have me puzzled. It could be any number of things, if it happens again keep mental or physical notes of what sorts of variations seem to trigger that reaction.

Not really. To give more information, it was my normal warm up,(hot and cold cube constructs) I wasn't awhere that I was doing anything differently. Today, everthing was normal.

yeah normal, I get the feeling of my hand being solid and loose at the same time.... everything is normal (even if you saw an alien at anytime, consider it normal; how? I don't know because that's what you get from psionics.....)

In which case shall we ask the question: is this something to be alarmed about? I honestly do not know, which is why I have been quiet on the subject.

Sorry, just typed anything that came to my mind TC. Btw, I'm a boy Illy.. I've also found something weird too especially since I practiced TK, I found that there's something changed in my vision; I see fogs on and around the objects when I practice TK WITHOUT my hands and when I look at these objecs I see slight scratches and scribbles that cover that object or surround it. Is there's something wrong with me? Or am I imaginig things?
